the hotel is near tochomae subway station a few minutes walk made it easy to travel around the area i enjoyed having access to a self-service laundry within the hotel it was convenient the hotel also offers bus services to the airport which saved time and transportation worries
the breakfast options lacked variety specifically in western choices i found the bread selection limited for example there were only sweet rolls available no plain bread rolls

Really good Stay Experience

The Premier Grand experience provided access to the Level 45 club lounge. Breakfast options there included afternoon tea and evening drinks. The location was very convenient with an easy walk to local sights. The room was quite big and included everything i needed.
I found the operating hours for the bar time too short. It ended at 7:30pm. I would have liked it to end later, so i could have enjoyed the skyline more.

The hotel features multiple dining options. I noticed a gym equipped with several treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area offers a relaxing space with numerous loungers and shaded sections.

Really good Stay with Premier Grand Amenities

I really liked the executive level access . The club area had excellent offerings. The room was very comfy and tidy. The buffet breakfast included in the stay provided a nice variety.
I did notice a slight stain on the sofa in the room.

The hotel has a 7/11 store. It offers convenient access to snacks and necessities. There is also direct access to the subway from the basement of the shopping center. A post office is nearby for mailing souvenirs.

The staff members were kind and cute, always providing prompt and efficient service. I appreciated their attentiveness. Newspapers are available daily upon request, delivered directly to the room. Staff ensured every toiletry need was met.
